Registration

If you would like additional information concerning any of our programs please fill out the attached pre-registration form. It will be forwarded to the appropriate program coordinator or department head. They will contact you to answer any questions that you might have regarding our programs.

We have provided two ways for you to Register for our programs. If you know of a specific program that you would like to register for, click on the link below to download a PDF form. If you are looking for more information about our programs, fill out the on-line registration form below.

1. Right click on the application and select save.
2. Choose the location on your computer where you would like to save the application.
3. Open the application and complete. Once it is completed, save the file.
4. Open your e-mail, attach the saved application, on your computer and forward this to dsinton@steppingstoneslearning.com
